ပိူင်ပဵၼ်ၼ်ႂးၶူင်းၵၢင်

တၢင်းမၼ်းမႃးႁိုဝ် တၢင်းမၼ်းၵႂႃႇ ၸဝ်ႈၵဝ်ႇဢမ်ႇႁူႉၸွမ်းလႆႈ ဢမ်ႇႁၼ်တင်းသွင်တၢင်း၊ ၵႂႃႇသဝ်ႈၸွမ်းေၵႃႈသမ်ႉေတမီးလွင်ႈသင်။
One knows not his path, coming or going; seeing neither end, one grieves in vain.

သူၵ်ႇသဝ်ႈေၵႃႈဢမ်ႇလႆႈသင်၊ ၵုမ်ႇၵႂၢင်ေသဝိပ်ႇငႅၼ်းတူဝ်ၸ်ႂၸဝ်ႈၵဝ်ႇၶိုၼ်းၵူၺ်း။ သင်ၵူၼ်းေမႃဝူၼ်ႉေသေၵႃႉေၵႃႉ သမ်ႉသူၵ်ႇသဝ်ႈၼႆေၵႃႈ မၼ်းဝိပ်ႇငႅၼ်းတူဝ်ၸ်ႂ ၸဝ်ႈၵဝ်ႇၵူၺ်းၼင်ႇၵဝ်ႇ။
 By grieving, one gains nothing; confused, harming himself, if a wise man grieves, he hurts himself, too.

လွင်ႈမူၼ်ႈသူိဝ်း ၵတ်းယဵၼ် ဢမ်ႇတွၼ်ႉမႃးၸွမ်းတၢင်းႁႆႈ ႄလႈ တၢင်းသူၵ်ႇသဝ်ႈ။ တီႈေတႉမၼ်း တၢင်းႁႆႈ ႄလႈ တၢင်းသဝ်ႈမွင်ၼႆႉ ယိုင်ႈၶႅၼ်းႁဵတ်းႁ်ႂႈလႆႈယၢပ်ႇၸ်ႂႁိူဝ်ႉမွႆႈ ႁဵတ်းႁ်ႂႈတူဝ်ၸ်ႂတုၵ်ႉယၢၵ်ႈၵူၺ်း။
Not by weeping & grief, does one attain peace of mind. Pain arise all the more. His body is harm.

ေၵႃႉႁွင်ႉႁႆႈသူၵ်ႇသဝ်ႈေတယွမ် ေတလိူင်ၽိူၵ်ႇ၊ မိူၼ်ၶႃႈတူဝ်ၸ်ႂၸဝ်ႈၵဝ်ႇၶိုၼ်း။
He grows thin and pale, harming himself by himself. In that way, he cannot bring the dead back to life. Grief is (therefore) painless.

ေၵႃႉဢၼ်ၵုမ်ႇႁွင်ႉႁႆႈယူႇယ်ႂးယ်ႂးၼၼ်ႉယိုင်ႈၶႅၼ်းပႆၵႂႃႇႁႃတၢင်းယၢပ်ႇၽိုတ်ႇၵပ်ႉၵိၼ်း ထႅင်ႈတိၵ်းတိၵ်းၵူၺ်း။
Not abandoning grief, a person goes all the more to pain. Be waiting the dead, one falls under the influence of grief.

ဝူၼ်ႉဝႆႉၸူိင်ႉႁိုဝ်ေၵႃႈယဝ်ႉမၼ်းတိုၼ်းေတဢမ်ႇပဵၼ်ၼင်ႇၸ်ႂႁဝ်း။ ဢၼ်ၶ်ႂႈပဵၼ်ႄလႈ ဢၼ်လႆႈပဵၼ်ႄတႉမၼ်းပိူင်ႈၵၼ်ဝႆႉဢူိဝ်ႈ။ တူၺ်းႁ်ႂႈႁၼ်ထမ်ႇမတႃႇၶူင်းၵၢင်တႃႉ။
However people will imagine it, life always turns out other than that. Such is the difference. See the way of the world.

ၵူၼ်းေၵႃႉဢၼ်ၵုမ်ႇပၼ်တၢင်းၶီငဝ် သဝ်ႈမွင် လူိတ်ႇမႆႈ ႁွင်ႉႁႆႈ တဵၵ်းငႅၼ်းတူဝ်ၸ်ႂမၼ်းယူႇ ၼၼ်ႉ မၼ်းႁွၼ်ႇလႆႈသင်။ လိူဝ်ေသမိူၼ်ဢႆၢႈငိူဝ်ႈဢၼ်ၶိုၼ်းႁဵတ်းႁႆၢႉေတႃႇတူဝ်မၼ်းၶိုၼ်း။
A man who grieves gain nothing. He is doing no more than a foolish man who is trying to hurt himself.
